In 2013, Mark McCartney and his wife, Robyn, assumed ownership of his family's flooring store, now known as McCartney Carpet One Floor & Home. In 2019, they expanded with a second location in Wautoma, WI. Mark visits customers' homes daily to provide accurate estimates and recommend products tailored to their needs. Outside work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending quality time with Robyn and their son, Madon. Sales Manager/Design - Wautoma
Lauren joined McCartney Carpet One Floor and Home in 2021 after she graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. As a sales manager, she assists customers with product selection, ensures timely delivery, and schedules installation. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband, Casey, walking their dogs, Daisy and Bluebell, and watching The Bachelor.
Sales Manager/Design - Westfield
Kayla joined the team at McCartney Carpet One Floor & Home in 2020. She is based in our Westfield location and always greets clients with a smile while providing excellent customer service. Her strengths are her friendly disposition and ability to build relationships with customers, coworkers, and technicians. Kayla enjoys shopping and spending time with her boyfriend and two dogs.
Sales Manager/Design – Wautoma/Westfield
Kristen joined the McCartney Carpet One team in 2022 after teaching 3rd grade for over 20 years! Her passion for teaching, love for design, and attention to detail help her to guide clients through their flooring journey. Outside of work, Kristen enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and gardening. She likes spending time with her family so much that her coworkers are her husband, Michael, and her daughter, Lauren.
Flooring Technician
Ryan graduated from Westfield High School and has been installing flooring for McCartney Carpet One Floor & Home for over 15 years. He specializes in hard and soft surface installation but does not have a favorite product because he loves them all! Ryan says he has stayed with McCartney Carpet One Floor & Home for so long because he loves the people he works with. He can’t wait for the opportunity to enhance your home!
Flooring Technician
Nick has been a resident of Westfield for most of his life. He graduated from Westfield High School and joined the McCartney Carpet One Floor & Home team in 2020. Working alongside Ryan, they create the perfect installation, “Dream Team.” While he also specializes in hard and soft surface installation, Nick says his favorite product to install is any carpet because it’s easier on his knees. Nick is eager to help beautify your space!
Window Treatment Technician
Mike began installing window treatments for McCartney Carpet in 2008. When he’s not installing window treatments, he’s at his full-time job as a firefighter with the Madison Fire Department.
